Exhibitors’ Reception
Tuesday, October 29th, 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Take this wonderful opportunity to visit with the fantastic suppli-
ers exhibiting at the CaGIS/ASPRS 2013 Specialty Conference. A
Conference tradition, the Exhibitors’ Reception is a perfect time
to mingle with fellow attendees and thank the Conference Ex-
hibitors, our hosts for the evening. The evening is sure to provide
a relaxed environment with light hors d’oeuvres and beverages
and a time to come together with old and new friends.
Admission to this event is included with most registrations. Please
note, due to insurance regulations children under the age of 13
are not permitted in the exhibit hall at any time. Anyone over
the age of 13 will require
a registration to enter the
exhibit hall.

Each day of the conference refreshment breaks will be served in
the exhibit hall. Take a break from technical sessions to network,
visit the amazing exhibitors and grab a cup of coffee or soda.

Breakfast with Exhibitors
Wednesday, October 30th, 9:00 am to 10:00 am
This is a perfect time to wrap up business and grab a bite to eat
before heading to the final day of the conference. A lite continen-
tal breakfast and coffee will be served in the exhibit hall following
the general session.
