How to Submit a Paper or Poster for the Conference Proceedings

All presenters (panel, oral, poster) are invited to include their abstracts in the IGTF 2015 Conference Proceedings, which will be published online. Presenters, at their option, may submit an abstract, a full paper, a copy of their poster, a copy of their slides, or any combination of these things.

For example, a presenter at a poster-based talk session might chose to include an abstract, a paper, and a copy of the poster for publication.  A panelist might elect to submit just an abstract and a few slides.

Copyright Form

All submissions MUST include a completed copyright form. Below is the link to download the current copyright forms for IGTF 2015.

  • Click Here to Access Copyright Forms
    • Please note, the copyright forms are fill-in PDF forms. Please complete the data requested and submit the completed form with your proceedings submission.
    • Please submit your copyright forms using the Session Code format dicussed below - ex. “6H[Smith]-Copyright.pdf”

Format

  1. All submissions must be provided in PDF format
    • We would like the entire submission as a single PDF if possible (if not, that is OK).  We will not edit the PDFs, so please make sure they are exactly as you want them.
  2. Preparation for Publication

In all cases, we ask that authors provide their submission in PDF format.  Ideally, we would like the entire submission as a single PDF if possible (if not, that is OK).  We will not edit the PDFs, so please make sure they are exactly as you want them.

The PDFs must be named using the Talk Code that is listed below with your session details, e.g. 6H[1]  or 2C[LD11].  In these two examples, the submissions would be named “6H[1].pdf” and “2C[LD11].pdf”.  If the first person needed to submit two files (e.g. abstract with paper, and then a separate file with slides), the files would be given an additional number like this: “6H[1]-1.pdf” an “6H[1]-2.pdf”.  Next week’s update will include the answers to any questions that we get about this, and will include the site information for uploading.
