CyberLounge $4,000 (exclusive) - The NEW and sure to be popular, CyberLounge offers an informal networking area to check e-mail, access the Internet and communicate with others at the conference. The CyberLounge will be centrally located between the technical session rooms and the Exhibit Hall. Your company name and logo will appear on the desktop screen-savers and each computer will open to your company's homepage. This is a long awaited sponsorship opportunity and is sure to go fast!
Conference Bags $4,000 – Place your company logo on the always popular, Conference tote bags! All full registrations receive a Conference bag at the registration desk. Your company logo will be visible throughout the entire conference and beyond. It’s a great way to make a first impression! Also, you will have the option of placing a one page flyer in the tote bags. ASPRS/MAPPS will provide bags. Sponsor must provide printed flyer.
SOLD Keynote Speaker $4,000 (exclusive) $2,000 (non-exclusive) – Sponsor the featured Opening General Session Keynote Speaker and receive tremendous exposure in front of all attendees before the Conference begins! Sponsor logo will display on screen prior to the beginning address. And your company literature will be placed on each of the attendees seats at the Opening General Session. Sponsor must provide printed literature.
SOLD Exhibitors’ Reception $5,000 (exclusive) $1,250 (non-exclusive) – The opening event and ever-popular Exhibitors’ Reception! Held on the first evening of the Conference, the Exhibitors’ Reception is always well attended with great energy. Featuring food, beverages, and networking, this is a don’t miss event and certainly a wonderful opportunity for your company. Distribute welcome gifts/samples/brochures at the entry doors, welcome guests’ though the loud speakers, display signage around food and beverage tables – this is your opportunity to customize!
SOLD Conference Notepads $1,000 – Attendees take plenty of notes during all the Technical Sessions. Have your company logo imprinted on pad folios for all attendees and distributed in the Conference Tote Bags. An item attendees are certain to use at the conference and for months afterward. Item supplied by Sponsor.
Conference Proceedings on Flash Drive $2,000 (exclusive) – This valuable resource includes copies of the proceedings and an exhibitor listing and is distributed to all conference attendees. The files are easily retrieved once attendees are back at the office and flash drives are reusable. The sponsor will be recognized on the customized case of each flash drive and may include marketing materials pre-loaded. Sponsor to provide flash drives and ASPRS will have them customized with Conference proceedings.
Morning Beverage Breaks $1,500 (each; 3 available) – Greet attendees one-on-one and spread the word about your company by sponsoring a morning beverage break between sessions. Provide coffee mugs or display signage near the break tables, perhaps provide napkins with your company logo. This sponsorship is very customizable to your needs. Your company logo will also be placed in the Conference Final Program next to the morning break information. Three morning breaks available throughout the conference.
SOLD Afternoon Beverage Breaks $1,000 (each; 2 available) – Greet attendees one-on-one and spread the word about your company by sponsoring an afternoon beverage break between sessions. Provide reusable water bottles, cups with your company logo or just chat with the attendees while they are on a break. This sponsorship is very customizable to your needs. Your company logo will also be placed in the Conference Final Program next to the afternoon break information. Two afternoon breaks available throughout the conference.
SOLD - Lanyards $1,000 – All attendees will receive a lanyard at registration and wear it throughout the conference. Have your company logo imprinted on the conference lanyard for all attendees. Lanyards supplied by sponsor.
Hotel Key Cards $1,500 – Welcome guests as they check-in to their hotel rooms through a customized Hotel Key Card. Over 2,500 cards will be handed out to conference attendees at the headquarters hotel and used every day. Provide us with your logo and we’ll do the rest.
Student/Young Professional Ice Breaker Event $500 – This lively event is specifically designed for students and young professionals. Get your company name in front of these up-and-coming professionals. Your company will receive verbal recognition, a logo printed on the event signage and you may elect to set-up a tabletop display during the event.
